  • Comment: Cutouts fit perfectly, though it feels a little weird to slide over the round cutout in the center of the gesture area. The corner that I pulled up first when preparing to apply got a little bent and did not smooth out, but generally by following the directions exactly, you can get it placed well on the phone.

  • Comment: I received this product from Amazon and installed it per directions.
    It did it's job well enough for a while. After 6 months, the screen protector started peeling off around the receiver area (where it has a hole -- for the sound I guess).

    Well, it's been over a month since I filled out all the paperwork and documentation needed to get a replacement from Skinomi. They haven't responded to emails, voicemails (surprise: there's no human), nothing, nada, zip.

    Let's be clear: Skinomi's "Lifetime Replacement" doesn't mean that they'll replace the screen for the lifetime of the product. It means that it will take a lifetime for them to GET the replacement to you.

    Forget these guys.

  • Comment: After reading several reviews, I ended up purchasing this case. I was quite surprised by the speedy shipping. Came home 3 days after I ordered it and it appeared on my porch step. Opened the box and tried it on my palm pre and it snapped on perfectly. I like the thin but sturdy design. It feels excellent in the hand and pocket. I couldn't ask for a better case. I would highly recommend this item to anyone looking for a thin but durable case.

I heard from them within 24 hours. They asked for my original order number, which I easily found in my Amazon.com records. I sent the requested information, heard from the company on the same day, and had my replacement screens within a week.
    This is a good quality screen that attaches easily and wears well. I originally thought the price was a little high. But with the free replacements, I'm beginning to think it's a bargain.
